For it you need:
Flowing Water (Quite important)
A Black Candle
A White Ribbon (Long)
A Rock...It can be whatever shape or size you like but it has to be weighty enough to hold the candle down.
Ok, so...to put it simply (and please elaborate on this as you see fit) cast circle or whatever protective field you choose, if you even use one...
Visualise the horrid feeling being imposed on you being sucked into the candle. When its been sucked in then tie the ribbon around the candle and light it. (Make sure you leave enough ribbon to tie around the rock.)
When the wax has dripped around the ribbon then the nasty has been sealed inside it.
Tie the rock to the candle and take it to the flowing water. Place both in the water and see the water wash away any trace of the nasty stuff. Up to about half an hour will do if you have the time
Then untie the rock and leave it to the water as an offering. Dispose of the candle as you see fit.
