Hello Class. Today we will discuss pinging!

Haha, it's not hard. And I have a fun exercise to work on.

Do you have a song you know every word to while it's playing?
It'd be a good thing to get your Mp3s, Zunes, and ipods out for this exercise.
When you go out whenever, play the song, and make sure you have a person you know near you who knows the song as well.
don't tell them your doing this. You'll get a wierd look.

While you're listening to the song.
Think the dsings, the words, the tune to them.
Think it at them.
Project your awareness or whatever.
it's like pushing only without physicaly moving.
best explaination: Think it at them. Onto them. Inside them. Ect.
this is a very evil way to get a song stuck in thier head.
Yes, I actualy sat around thinking how to punish someone,
and so, Lady Gaga in someone's head.
I think I was too harsh.

This is a very easy exercise, if you have musical talent.

and you'll need to grasp Pinging easily tp go quickly to the next stage.
